Hopefully these are now ordered consistently and hopefully I didn't
miss or mix up any arguments when changing them in the calls. They're
easy to fix though and should be quite noticable.

I conducted the changes carefully, there are no compilation warnings
and it seems to play the files I have as before. Please report any
noted errors though. :)
