I discussed about this with Michael some times ago.
Indeed, all muxers/demuxers should be renamed to *mux.c *demux.c.
But this IMO should be done all at once (feel free to do it
when you want ;-).
For now, I think it's better to name them *enc.c *dec.c for
consistency.
