[FFmpeg-soc] libavfilter: segfaults with -s

Hi,

As of SVN 1666, -vfilters scale=100:50 works, but -s 100x50 (well, any HxW value
except original movie size) produces a segfault.

Scenario follows:

$ ffmpeg -i input.avi -vfilters scale=100:50 -y output.avi
