[FFmpeg-soc] eac3dec.c bug

To eac3 development:

Can't compile eac3 patches into ffmpeg; following error results:

eac3dec.c: In function ‘get_transform_coeffs_aht_ch’:
eac3dec.c:1152: error: ‘pre_chamnt’ undeclared (first use in this function)
eac3dec.c:1152: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
eac3dec.c:1152: error: for each function it appears in.)
make[1]: *** [eac3dec.o] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/test/soc/eac3/ffmpeg/libavcodec'
make: *** [lib] Error 2


Prior to the latest eac3dec.c update, everything compiled and worked well.
