Sadly, some of these errors are caused by ffmpeg demuxer.
For example, test.rmvb from samples.mplayerhq.hu/real/VC-RV40/
produces ~800th slice starting with high bit set (and all slices
begin with zero high bit), and really it it just a tail of the
previous slice.
