There was a systematic defamation campaign against thilo (and me)
The people doing that, themselfs even publically called it
"this may be slander"
https://ffmpeg.org/pipermail/ffmpeg-devel/2024-November/336263.html

Thilo as a result of all this stoped posting to ffmpeg-devel and also no

Awnsering whenever a program halts or runs forever is
On a turing machine, in general impossible (turings halting problem).
On any real computer, always possible as a real computer has a finite number
of states N, and will either halt in less than N cycles or never halt.
