Good hint. I assume you meant in the Changelog, even if it is otherwise 
relatively high level compared to this change?

Unfortunately not. The upstream community has had other bugs reported to 
them on the ffmpeg integration in the past, and I haven't seen any 
attempts to address them. It doesn't help that the community is small.

I've reached out to them, though, so let's see what comes from that.
