I agree this is confusing and unsustainable. There should be only one
"system of record", in a sense.
Are there hooks or simple integration methods we can implement to
mirror content eg. with a python script?

I do think the idea of demoing something is exciting and it can be expanded on.

A little bit of what I was hoping to get from the thread was an
inventory of these needs.
