Hi all,

I submitted this patch [1] back in August to add an option for setting a custom start time in dashenc for Live DASH streams, rather than defaulting to system time. It’s a small change that passes all tests and preserves existing behavior unless the option is used. I’d really appreciate any feedback or guidance on getting it reviewed and merged. Happy to adjust anything needed — thanks for your time and efforts on FFmpeg!
