Who says it's the same? Telepoint is a DC provider, they also provide
many other services such as Internet connectivity (through Telepoint).

Not only colocation, they are an ISP and they provide such service to many corporate clients,
including the company where I'm CTO. You can check their larger corporate clients under
the prefixes they announce https://bgp.he.net/AS57344#_prefixes
