The reality is that people want to know infrastructure and ownership, and
you're confusing everybody by shifting the discourse and dismantling the TC
and using the CC as your plaything ~in my opinion~.
I feel nobody, with some exceptions, really wants to be listed here, and
this file is just an artefact that gets cargo culted because it's how
things have been run and nothing can ever change in ffmpeg.

I don't know if you're being sarcastic or not, but I think developers here
would much prefer to talk about development instead of having to deal with
whatever this is.
Again, in my opinion, I don't want to make too strong of a statement here :)
