[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Mention that AV_OPT_TYPE_IMAGE_SIZE can be unsigned

TileContext in libavfilter/vf_tile.c and
UntileContext in libavfilter/vf_untile.c
point to unsigned ints - confirm this is OK.
