repository created:
git at git.ffmpeg.org:ffmpeg-internals
TC + root + people providing the infrastructure should have access.
(everyone listed needs to have access so they can update their entries or delete themselves)
(root needs to have access as root may need to contact someone)
other people should have no access, and yes its welcome if people test that
if you manage to access it without being supposed to,
the file contains instructions to report how you did that.

Its not that you shouldnt use gotos but rather that you should write
readable code and code with gotos often but not always is less readable
