[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH 2/3] lavf/mkvtimestamp_v2: review implementation to match mkvextract behavior

Harmonize internal implementation with the mkvextract behavior:
- print PTS in place of DTS values
- ignore NOPTS values
- sort PTS values
