Setting this to:

'%(emailprefix)s %(oneline)s (%(refname_type)s %(short_refname))'

would yield:

[ffmpeg-radio] avradio/sdrdemux: Some corrections to the FM stereo side channel (branch master)

instead of:

[ffmpeg-radio] branch master updated: avradio/sdrdemux: Some corrections to the FM stereo side channel

and is much closer to what we have now.

Maybe also get rid of %(emailprefix)s, since the mailing-list will add
its own.
