[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] avcodec/libaomenc: Expose the allintra usage mode

[Vignesh Venkatasubramanian]

libaom added an usage=allintra mode for doing better with still
images. Expose that in the ffmpeg's wrapper. This is especially
useful for encoding still AVIF images.
