[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] ffprobe: use pkt->dts to compute interval ts when pts is missing

For some samples the pkt->pts is always missing, use the pkt->dts
instead.
Fix trac issue http://trac.ffmpeg.org/ticket/4427.
