[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Fix setsockopt IP_MULTICAST_TTL on OpenBSD

Fix setsockopt() usage on OpenBSD with IP_MULTICAST_TTL. The field
type should be an unsigned char on anything but Linux.
