[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Removes linebreaks forbidden by the WEBVTT spec on encode

This patch was submitted Jan 2nd of last year and never got a review. I also mailed Matthew Heaney directly and didn't receive a response. Can someone review this? Due to the age of the patch I recreated it on a fresh clone, and tested against FATE. Still works. Attached is the new patch file, a test .ass file and the VTT output before and after patching.
