[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH v3 1/4] avutil/mips: Use MMI_{L, S}QC1 macro in {SAVE, RECOVER}_REG

{SAVE,RECOVER}_REG will be available for Loongson2 again,
also comment about the magic.
