[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] avcodec: add ADPCM IMA Ubisoft decoder

A simple, interleaved variant, but with initial state and
extra, uncompressed samples. Found in Ubisoft soundbanks from
early-2000's games (Splinter Cell, RS3, etc.)
