[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH 21/26] avformat/tedcaptionsdec: Fix memleak upon read header failure

The already parsed subtitles (contained in an FFDemuxSubtitlesQueue)
would leak if allocating the AVStream for the subtitles fails.
