[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] avformat/flvdec: Remove unnecessary initializations

pre_tag_size is always reset by avio_rb32(). For AVFormatContext
start_time, as the document says, "NEVER set this value directly:
It is deduced from the AVStream values."
