This is a video from a genie wireless security camera.
They claimed it was encrypted, in fact this was a lie, it's just obfuscated
by being renamed to .data

[h264 @ 0000028038da3f00] data partitioning is not implemented. Update your
FFmpeg version to the newest one from Git. If the problem still occurs, it
means that your file has a feature which has not been implemented.
