[FFmpeg-devel] Patchwork inactive account cleanup

Hello Patchwork users,

We currently have a large number of spam/bot accounts in patchwork that need to
be cleaned up.

If in the past you did not confirm your registration via an email link, your
account is inactive and will be deleted (note that currently these accounts cannot log
into patchwork or reset their password).
