[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH v2] fftools: fix hwaccles option dump redundancy

when enable the QSV in FFmpeg, used the cmd "ffmpeg -hwaccels" always
dump redundancy acceleration methods for QSV like:

Hardware acceleration methods:
vaapi
qsv
drm
opencl
qsv
