Sounds like something else changed in your environment, then.

This is in any case a question for the ffmpeg-user mailing list, not
ffmpeg-devel.

Either ask there, or open a ticket in https://trac.ffmpeg.org/ if you
think this is a bug in ffmpeg's configure script.
