Newtek is a big bully against open source developers, threatening to sue.

This is a violation, done on purpose (see the message when running the binary, and see the blogpost where they knew about it for months), of both FFmpeg and maybe x264.

Keeping this wrapper just helps people violate the FFmpeg license and the GPL.
