We don't automatically check out git repos as part of the build
process. That means the user will have to get those headers to build
AMD support. AMD support could still be autodetected, and enabled if
the headers are available.

This is not different from how it works with Intel and vaapi/qsv, so I'd
say that's fair.

Do you agree with this?
