[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] htmlsubtitles: support <br> tag

[wm4]

Some .srt files use this tag.

(An alternative implementation would be correctly ignoring unknown tags,
and treating them as whitespace. libass can do automatic line wrapping.)
