[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH 0/2] pkg-config detection for twolame, openal (alternate)

Based on the suggestions last time*, this
version of the patchset switches twolame and openal
completely over to pkg-config.

I personally don't care whether this version or
the previous version with the fallbacks are the
ones accepted, I really only care that pkg-config
support gets added for these two.
