[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH]lavc/g726: Add a little-endian G.726 encoder

Hi!

Attached patch allows to encode samples that the binary decoder
attached to ticket #6596 can decode, they have the same format as the
ITU reference samples ("right-justified").
