Thanks. Working on porting libebur128 to FFmpeg now. Hopefully I can
find some time to finish that patch soon.

Probably, I'll do some profiling. The true peak limiter requires
upsampling everything to 192kHz which is always going to be expensive.
On my machine, a stereo file processes with a speed of about 16x.
