Any more opinions on this?

I'd like to add several options to make the decklink support more
feature complete, since it is very widespread hardware. But I can save
some effort if it is not accepted anyway.

Things on my personal roadmap:

- change order of streams (currently :0 is audio and :1 is video)
- introduce options to select video and audio input, e.g. the new
low-cost cards have SDI and HDMI inputs
- port those changes to decklink output code
- more stuff I don't remember right now

Cheers
