And once again, without applying the latest lavf/qtpalette patch the 
following (original from the QuickTime Beta CD) file will be black & 
white rather than blue shades. It has the greyscale bit set, but it 
should be ignored, since it's 1-bit mode, and it contains a custom 
palette as well. Please apply this patch as well.
