> I've test on hls_init_time, It's ok, but there have a problem at first
window of the m3u8 list to the second window list segment. maybe it need a
warning to tell user set the hls_init_time's value and hls_time's value
don't large than ((hls_time's value - hls_init_time's value) / 2) >
hls_init_time

And you said it's need hls_init_size, i think that's no need, because this
can be used for the new hls users' request, for example:
1. first one request hls, make a new m3u8 list with this option
(hls_init_time)
2. the second one request hls, make a new m3u8 list with this option
(hls_init_time)
3. the third one request hls, make a new m3u8 list with this option
(hls_init_time)

If i make a mistake with your intention, please make an example here.
