[FFmpeg-devel] Can we drop OpenJPEG 1.5 in favor of 2.x?

Debian has a separate openjpeg2 package [1], even in stable.
So from my point of view there is no need to keep compatibility with
openjpeg 1.5, if that's too difficult/ugly.
