[FFmpeg-devel] Can we drop OpenJPEG 1.5 in favor of 2.x?

Definitely not. Even Arch Linux, generally an early adopter, does not
use openjpeg2, but instead openjpeg for most things. 1.5 support is
very much needed for now.
