[FFmpeg-devel] GSoC and Outreachy

Students are coming on irc looking for help and guidance at all hours
of the day, so if anyone feels like helping out, that would be great!
Even just a few more people on irc to greet students would be nice.

Some students require simple things like help with getting git installed
or installing vdpau dev lib/ headers or finding trac and locating the
mentors.
