theres a problem in the alpha plane with the code try:
./ffplay lena.pnm -vf format=yuva444p,shuffleplanes=3:3:3:0,format=yuva422p,scale=260:260,format=rgba,scale=240:240,format=gbrap,shuffleplanes=3:3:3:0
