[FFmpeg-devel] New patch: strftime support for hls segment names template

Hello,

I've made a small patch  to add support for strftime on HLS segment 
names template.
Now you can use "strftime" template with hls segmenter in the same way 
as  with ssegmenter.

Can you please include it to the main trunk ?
