That's an intriguing question.
For me 'make fate', which runs the lavf-mov test, passes,
but 'make fate-lavf-mov' fails.
Turns out that for some reason 'make fate' sets CMP=null,
when running fate-lavf-mov...

The failure is caused by '-movflags +rtphint'.

I'll send a fix for that in a moment.
