[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH 0/2] libx265: 4:2:2, 4:4:4, and 12-bit

The patch that was submitted in July hasn't had
any more replies, aside from my comments a few
days ago.

The change in x265 itself that removes the warnings
about 12-bit likely makes the other patch outdated
anyway, so I went ahead and polished my local patches
that made similar changes.
