Please, there is no "terminal trashing prevention logic", there is only a
weird coincidence that makes this particular incorrect test avoid the
trashing in a very specific context (specific shell, specific configuration,
very specific way of invoking ffmpeg).

This patch makes it explicit that we do not want terminal trashing when
running FATE.

By the way, if a make implementation were to use job control, running
without -nostdin would break parallel FATE.
