[FFmpeg-devel] Patch: fix bug for POWER8 LE in file avcodec/ppc/fdctdsp.c

Hi,
 The attachment please find the patch to fix bug on POWER8 LE for jpeg picture convert. The fucntion ff_fdct_altivec() is fixed and the macros VEC_FMERGEH and VEC_FMERGEL are added.
