Where does the "_DEFAULT_SOURCE" name come from? In the documentation for
the glibc, it is flagged as "(BSD)", and thus requires _BSD_SOURCE.

By the way, are there still supported systems that lack a working
getaddrinfo()? Even if there are, I would suggest to only use inet_aton() as
part of the internal implementation of getaddrinfo(). But of course, that is
more work, so that should not block that fix.
