[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Disable chunked output for Icecast

This is needed, I forgot completely about it. Icecast at the current 
version is not
able to handle chunked encoding correctly, so if ffmpeg uses chunked 
encoding it
must be disable for the Icecast protocol.
