[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] libavformat/mxfdec: read source timecode from pulldown component

hi,
Some avid generated mxf files store source timecode component on a 
pulldown component in the physcial source package. This patch adds
support for reading source timecode from the pulldown component if it is there. 
I was unable to find a pre-existing sample so I upload one to upload.ffmpeg.org.

mxfenc.c uses uses the MXFMetadataSetType enum values to generate InstanceUIDs 
and thats why I had to update the fate-lavf-mxf tests. If I added 
PulldownComponent to the bottom of enum in mxf.h the tests don't fail. AFAIK the
InstanceUIDs just need to be unique.
