Although this is an intermediate codec (ie used mostly on desktop, if
not heavy-duty, computers), it could be interesting to have a graceful
fallback. arm may need this size to be decreased actually.

Note: the optimal is maybe dependent on format (I420/YUY2/RGBA/...),
the bigger the residuals get.
