Hi,

I am looking for a filter.
On a live streaming video it appears a blue box with some numbers and 
letters.
I would like to hide this box. For example insert a new black box in 
front of this one.

The problem is that box appears in a different position every time.
Please let me know if you have or you can create a filter like this and 
how much is going to cost me.
